It seems those planets already are in extrasolar.ssc, although I'm not sure if these are revised orbits.

With regard to the extrasolar.stc file, perhaps Rho01 Cnc B should be implemented, and the orbit of Gamma Cephei B.

Further point - apparently the white dwarf-pulsar system at PSR B1620-26 is highly inclined to the planet orbit, the system is not coplanar.
