My name is Erkan Bayol, from Turkey and I'm leader of C?©iron AKKS group; whose purpose is to create a new fictional universe.
We are working on a fictioning and conceptioning of an alternate reality, which has a style of "an alternate science" fiction as much as fantasy, and our real basis is a planet which we name as C?©iron. However, we have also a galaxy and sun system (different then Milky Way and our Solar).
C?©iron group has finished it's "space system" (with 7 planet and one sun, additionally one dying star with it's 2 planet) and it's astronomical values / datas. For example,

We have similar datas for nearly every object of our solar system (Ianium Solar System) and we are ready to "create" it, at least in imaginary platform...
Here we come to our point. Before we were "discover" Celestia at yesterday, we have tried to make our space system with 3dmax. However, it is obvious that Celestia is a much better choice to create our fictional solar system(s).
Now my friends, I need your help. I have Celestia programme, I have mathematical and astronomical values of our fictional solar system and I have descriptions of our space objects. However, I do not have "image" forms of our objects (which can be used like "skins" of created spheres (to be a planet for ex.) in Celestia or other programmes).
So, what should we do next? Where to start first? I have many tutorials of Celestia and began to read them all (but not finished all yet). But I need a guide who show me the basic way step by step, suggesting more practical strategies and help me throughout the processes.
As I guess, I need image files (like jpg) to work as skins of planets and other objects for Celestia, and there is many ways to create them available. But how can i create an object in Celestia? With scripting or editing some files in Celestia dirs? If so, which files needs to be edit?
At this point, your suggests will welcome. If forum moderators allow, I want to report all processes and all developments of our "creating a fictional new universe adventure" to collect your ideas and helps.
