Eclipse shadows do not result in the appearance of the "lights" on a night texture, correct? Is this a bug or simply not implemented (yet)?
I noticed this after applying a night texture to the Moon--wanting to simulate how things might look when we finally get our collective butt in gear and get all the eggs out of one nest; during a total eclipse, the lights on the farside of the Moon are clearly visible, as expected, but the Sun-ward/Earth-ward face remains completely dark. I then checked this on the surface of the Earth as the eclipse shadow passed over heavily populated areas--again no lights visible.
