here are some ideas:

1) convert the solarys.scc file into an solarys folder (like the extras folder) so it is easier to migrate the setting between different versions of Celestia.
2) Make Celestia remember the last texture resolution, and only if it crushes to return at the medres.
3) Insert in the option menu the assign to *.cel file and assign to cel://urls options!
4) I remember that long, long time ago I downloaded an recompiled Celestia exe that made the eclipse shadow of an planet with atmosphere over a moon, colored on the edges! I’m sorry that I couldn’t find the link, not even the downloaded file! But if you look at a moon eclipse I’m sure you will understand!
5) Insert an “File/Open script” menu. Because in Opera the assign with cel://URLs doesn’t work!

and i think that's it for now

and thanks once again for this soft!!

3) This isn't controlled by Celestia but by your system. Make sure that your system and/or your browser knows the mime-type 'cel' and assigns it to the Celestia application. Celestia should do this for the system during installation, but some browsers take only their own settings on this.

5) ??? This should be already there for long time ??? To I misunderstand something here ?

Yes, Opera has some problems with mime types - and no way to assign things easily. I would also like to see a solution for this, if anyone knows one.

Or is this a problem of only the freeware version?
