Are SSC files goes always in the extra folder ?...

The SSC files that are included with Celestia are in the /data/ directory.

Addons should be put in the /extras/ directory.

http://www.lns.cornell.edu/~seb/celestia/addon-intro.html provides a description of how current Celestia addons usually are organized.
