Hi all...
Mr. Goyette brought this to my attention since he was having to view all
of the Mars location labels when he ran my Mars Tour script. After some
investigation, I found that it's currently not possible to clear location labels
from within a script. (Or, if it is possible, I can find no way to do it!)
Would like to request an addition to the "renderflags" commands in order to do this?
In other words, can a scripting command be added in order to perform the
same actions currently necessitated by selecting "Render" from Celestia's menu
taskbar, then selecting "Locations" and finally un-checking the "Label Features" box.
Just thought I'd mention it.
Thanks, Bob

Howdy Bob,
This was suggested in the not to recent past, and hopefully it will be added in a future release. Also, I think it would go into the labels command instead of the renderflags command, since renderflags deals with "objects" and labels deals with "text".
Let's keep our fingers crossed <smile>.
