Hello,
Question: Whenever I look at an "M*" galaxy, it shows two or three of the rendered planes at different angles. I thought I had more than one reference to them, but found only one. It only seems to happen with "M" galaxies. Does anybody else have this problem? How can I fix it?

Actually I think this is a question for seldon or Grant, but I'll give it a go.
Sometimes the M (Messier) catalog names have alternates listed under the NGC or Hipparcos names . See if your M Galaxies also have these corresponding names. That would possibly duplicate their images.

Hi guys. Listen, they're telling me the uh,
generators won't take it, the ship is breaking apart and all that. Just, FYI.

Thank You
Thanks Tech Sgt. Chen - I found the problem. I had two to FOUR - yup, FOUR - references to these galaxies hidden in "other" files. Cleaned it all up and it works great now.
