Hi all:
When I goto Earth, the same half of the planet's texture is displayed twice over the surface.
Here are my data:
Celestia 1.3.0
Pentium III 1 GHz - 1Gb RAM
Windows 2000 Prof SP4 English
DirectX 9.0b
Matrox Millenium Dual headed G450 AGP (16Mb - Bios v1.2.021)
(Same configuration in IBM Thinkpad T23 works fine)
By the way, what a nice program!
Half Earth texture

Wow! Talk about a doppleganger!
There must be a conflict in one or more SSC files, or perhaps a new SSC install is competing for interpretation with the code in your solarsys.SSC.
This is a weird one. Also, check your earth cloud string in both SSC files to see if the earth texture is replicating itself where the cloud texture should be. It's just a guess, but see if that's the problem.
Otherwise, take a "Journey To The Far Side OF The Sun" and see if the process doesn't reverse itself!
