Cannot execute the exe after download for ver 1.2.4

Hi

I cannot run the application after the download. I am using Win 2000 with 512MB Ram. Wheni execute the exe it opens the dos window and says Program too big to fit in memory. What could be wrong? Any help is appreciated.
