Pixel's tools for creating big DDS

Hi people,

Can anyone mirror Pixel's tools for creating big DDS? I've checked the link he provided ( http://free.bol.bg/pixel/CreateBigDDS.zip ) but seems to be down, so I can't get to the file :(

If not, can anyone email them to me?
