Hello to all you fellow stargazers and stardrifters out there.
I`m Stargazer, and I am new to his forum, and to Celestia. You might have met me before in other forums for other games and programs like Noctis IV ( http://members.designheaven.com/~44/noctis.html ) or Orbiter 2002 ( http://www.orbitersim.com/ ), or in yahoo chat on the topic of Beyond Earth ( http://www.yahoo.com ).
I would like to say that Celestia is a realy great program, and I`m looking forward to get to know it bether, as well as the users in this forum. :D

Thanks for this great program. :D

Stargazer.

Hi ya too guys! I'm new here and stumbled across this site when somebody posted about it on http://www.rx7club.com. Wow is all I have to say! I was actaully looking for something exactly like this with no avail. I'm about to try it and I know that I will be impressed, but I was wondering something.

Are wormholes or blackholes integrated within the system? Like can you actaully travel through one where the space is curved around it and end up somewhere else in the universe? That would be pretty cool. I hope to learn many things staying here!

Sure is, the controls are a bit confusing at first hand, and the graphics do look a bit weird (but hey, it uses only 1mb).

Now i found this planet with life on it, wich looks to me like some kangaroo?s and there are also birds. When I landed on the planet it was in the middle of a thunderstorm. At that point i stopped the program.

And here comes the great thing of Nocties, when i few hours later started the program again i was still on the surface, but it was night, the rain had stopped and it was a bit colder. Wow, so i took off, and landed again in the polar-region of the planet, and yes it was there a -20, no vegitation and a sun low above the horizon. Again wow.
