converted from 3d asteroid catalogue model using blender 2.70, then used gimp and processed it into a topography map

this is semifictional (farside is the fictional stuff (decited to make it blurry)

Semifictional and Fictional DEMs

Triton Fictional Dem

i consider this fictional because there is only a tiny bit of real data mixed in here (located in cantaloupe terrain)

(altho this is not a DEM i am going to post it because it goes with the Triton fictional DEM)

credits to fargetanick for original texture i made this from (his green triton)
i found GLOBAL Spectrum for triton https://sci-hub.do/https://doi.org/10.1006/icar.1999.6224 and askaniy processed it and that global color is in the texture
the brown cantaloupe terrain is based off of nasa's color sequencing of triton's colors

Triton topography map with enhanced details
Added after 32 minutes 27 seconds:

used kexitt's triton height map to enhance the details of the triton topography map

Added after 4 minutes 5 seconds:
Io bump map with fictional data added to fill in unknown areas

i converted the original map (with unknown areas) from the 3d asteroid catalogue model

Added after 5 minutes 40 seconds:
Europa semifictional map

this took a while to make

there are also tiny pieces of high res real dem data mixed in here i found in many PDFs but i think there from sckenk (not 100% sure)

Added after 7 minutes 27 seconds:
Triton bump map (it real other then using kexitt's height map (fictional) to enhance details of lower quality portion of the dem)

processed the triton topography map into a DEM then enhansed the detail with Kexitt's height map then blended 2 tiles of higher resolution DEM into it

there is this new recently published article by Dr. Schenk regarding Triton's topography

its quite interesting how they manage to get DEM data for the nitrogin icecap (all though its not reliable)

i compiled most of the stuff in the article into a single DEM map
