PlanetGenerator a small utility for generate planets.
Hi all. I am new to the forum but I already knew celestia for a long time.
I publish the topic, because I have been working on a small tool for celestia called PlanetGenerator for some time. Basically what it does is generate whole planets, stars and even planetary system for Celestia, exporting .ssc and .stc files. Data from individual planets can be viewed before being exported. The program works by commands, to see the commands I could open the file README-.txt or open the program and type "help".
It took me time to do it as it is now, but I did it with the intention of facilitating and automating the addition of planetary systems to Celestia.
Hope you like.

Nice to see another generator

There are two READMEs per language, one with information about the generator, and another listing how to use and the list of commands.
Next time, please read both READMEs before complaining.
BTW, i did get the generator to work.

MMM OK. First try to generate a star by entering the following command: GenerateStar.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VJoyPs7kGvXd0MmYuoXZmHYmu98FLxEn/view?usp=sharing
Then try showing it on the screen: ShowStar.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xIcmuk1jYxlDqNWcsNNzfPro3vAyozl5/view?usp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j3Y6sOiWIhT2zEnT_fKkEYTwEtMmp14q/view?usp=sharing
Now generate a planet: GeneratePlanet or Generate a planet of specific type GenerateGiantPlanet.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GPz81Ex-Dv8i3OzGp3DFoRRHFDqOyo67/view?usp=sharing
And show it: ShowGiantPlanet.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FvzKC4GBkUZDGw5rpRQ5UMXCPc70wnfR/view?usp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MeNpYfNEbPooToHWMbOwYV8So6sF1Rck/view?usp=sharing
And finally with the command SetStarName and SetGiantName select the names for the star and the planet. And after this enter the s ExportStar and ExportGiantPlanet commands to export the data to the corresponding files.
And automatically the files will be written.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YJ2lhM5tQc1M3GNustu425L4irA_m-9B/view?usp=sharing
Lastly, a little trick, if you want to see everything that this program can do with just one command, type ExportStars, the program will automatically start generating 10 to 50 stars and generating its random systems. PlanetGenerator will automatically generate asteroid and comet belts around the star.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1io9NCQWt7Y6d0K2vja3p92yD-63X3SzQ/view?usp=sharing
A sample to exploit everything PlanetGenerator can do.
They can still type "help" to see the available commands. I suggest you experiment with the commands. A useful tip is that, if they generate a star, and then generate the planets, they automatically belong to that star, due to which they take the data; if the star were to regenerate but the planets did not, they would retain the same data generated for the previous star.

Oh btw, here's a suggestion:
Could you make the generator generate systems around set stars (with set planets) as input, while keeping the planets in mind?
For example, if i make the generator generate systems around every single star with real exoplanets, the generator tries to keep the real exoplanets in the system in mind, so that they dont get disrupted.

Well that's a good suggestion, I'll consider it. For now what you could do is: Generate the star and replace all its data with that of the real star, in PlanetGenerator there are commands to replace all the data of the star; and then generate the planets one by one and modify the semi-major axis of each generated planet, there are also commands to modify some data of the planets such as semi-major axis, name and subclass.

They export in the same place as the generator.
