User's Vehicle

Post #1by billybob884 » 26.04.2003, 21:09

Remember when (it was either me or someone else, I don't remember) that suggestion was placed that the user had some sort of ship, so with the new multi-view option you could see the other ship? Well, I was bored one day and decided to throw this together. I don't think it looks too bad, but still needs some work. Keep in mind, I'm new to 3D Studios:

Sorry to those of you outside of the US that can't see it.

Uh-oh. Ireland, Australia, Argentina, Israel, ... - looks like Bush's foreign policy (US takes over the entire world) is working faster than anyone expected!

Why shouldnt people outside the US be able to see it? How does the website decide?

I thought maybe this should represent the "camera" in space so when using the new multiview, you could see the other camera.

I really have no idea. At one point it was brought up it could also be a matter of one's firewall. I've really been meaning to change to another server. I actually had planned to do it over vacation, but some how it just got lost on my priority list. Now since it ends today, and school starts back up, I'll probably be as crammed as ever with finals just a month adn a half away (not to mention my FIRST). Who knows, maybe I'll get lucky and find a good one in my spare time. What I really need is one that will support .zip files so I don't have to link off of everyone elses site.

You could try to post the zips with a different extension like package.zip.bork then get people to rename them. Might work.

Good luck with the exams. Study hard, work easy.
