Are there any checksums for Celestia , and if so, where are they ? I did look around, but see nothing obvious. If not, isn't this a rather serious security hole?

No distrust of you stated or implied! But supplying checksums is pretty basic for any site providing software, isn't it? Is there a reason why they are not here?
