Forum "Last Post"

Just wondering - I opened up the Celestia Users forum and can't figure out why the first topic listed is dated 2013? Not only that, but the 2013 post is followed by a 2012 post, which is followed by a 2009 post, and naturally that is followed by a 2007 post before a 2017 post finally shows up. It would seem only natural, maybe it's just me, that the forum would be arranged in order with the latest dated posts listed first. Why would anyone want to leaf through data that is four to six years old before getting to this years posts? Then again, maybe it's just me???

On each sub-forums you will see some pinned topics first, after that the most recent ones follow. This also confuses me from time to time. The problem is after the hiatos of this forum some threads weren't revived, so it's somewhat useless to have them on top. Maybe it would make sense to unpin some of them?
