Celestia controls

Driving Celestia using keyboard and mouse can be greatly enhanced by the ability to issue single commands. At the moment the only way to do this is by running one-line .cel files, which is not ideal.

Also it would be good to be able to step through the commands in .cel files. This way one can fine tune or debug the .cel files easily. It could also allow people to understand what various commands do when studying someone else's add-ons.
