Ganymede completely mapped

Maybe it?s time for new textures of Ganymede and Callisto? The Astronomy magazine said that Ganymede had been completely mapped using data of the Voyagers and Galileo.Actually, some scientists created the map from this data, but I don?t know if it is already published...

This display doesn't strike me as being particularly new...

The map that was completed would not be a new texture but is a geologic map based on a USGS basemap created several years ago. I guess you could create an alternative texture from it, but it would not replace the default map Celestia uses.
