Wrong texture resolution display in render drop down menu

Post #1by Marco Klunder » 29.11.2009, 10:56

Using the celestia:settextureresolution(number:resolution) from within a CELX script, the texture resolution can be changed.
Although the texture resolution changes indeed when using this method, the texture resolution display in the render drop-down menu still displays the previous texture resolution. (Celestia v1.6.0+)

Marco,

I guess you're refering to the Windows version.
Actually, what you're pointing out for texture resolution is also true for some other elements of the Render menu.
(antialiasing, star style, ambient light, automag). These items are indeed not refreshed when a change is made
from a celx script.

How about the Mac and Linux versions ?
Are these menu items refreshed whenever a change is made from a celx script ?

Indeed it's a windows based version of Celestia.
I don't know about other OS versions.
