files in "Extras" not linking to data in "extras-standard"

In Celestia 1.6.0, I have a ssc file in the extras directory, and i entered the following code:

This code is intended to use the default ISS models in the "extras-standard" directory, since I heard it was intended for files in "extras" to be able to use the models and textures in "extras-standad". However, it is not showing up in celestia.
