Possable Hacker with virus

Hi dose anyone reconize this ip address

http://68.41.103.121


In dearborn MI. USA using comcast cable it looks like this person is trying to hack my site , and has a windows virus

DO NOT GOTO THE ADDRESS ABOVE !!!

you shoudnt have put that address up :( , what are the symptoms with this virus
