help with 64k jestr earth mark II instal

I just downloaded some earth surface map textures http://www.celestiamotherlode.net/catal ... ddon_id=61

Theres are some vague instructions on how to install this, but i cant understand it

Unzip to your extras/JMII DDS/textures/hires/JMII DDS folder with levels 0-4. <---- this is the actual instructions copy/pasted from the readme, am i supposed to create a folder called JMII DDS? and whats levels 0-4?.

First DL the Levels 0-4 DDS .zip, and unzip that into your extras folder. Then DL the Level5 DDS .zip, and unzip those files into the same location as the folders for levels 0-4. So your file structure should look something like this:
