Heliosphere/Stellar Wind Bubbles

Our own sun's heliosphere has a radius of 100 or 200 au at it's nearest point. Type O and type B stars have the same thing, but called a Stellar Wind Bubble, that can have a radius of several light years, apparently. Can anyone confirm this? Also, what would be the radius for a Stellar Wind Bubble for the other spectral types (like red dwarf M stars)?
