Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are based on Universe, Eighth Edition 2008, W.H Freeman and Company, depicted and quoted within an educational PDF's of which I've lost the links. All the temperatures are converted in Celsius degrees. In the case of Jupiter and Saturn I've conformed the pressures in atmospheres.
Being the images on an alpha layer, would be easy to rewrite the unity of measure as your needs.
Titan is substantially the same diagram of Wiki (Titan,moon) which is an old Scientific American diagram.
