Where did you get the info of a triple solar eclipse on that date ?

Have a look at my gallery. I took snapshots of all triple shadows onto Jupiter from Nov 1996 to Oct 2045. There is no such event in 1998!

The caption says that the picture was taken "last November 10th" Since it's the picture of the day from Feb 2, 1998, this means Nov 10 1997, when there was a triple eclipse. You're just mistaking the date that the picture was posted and the date it was taken.
