Exists a Celestia function able to rotate a orbital triad?

Hi,
I hope someone is able to answer...
I need to know if there is a celestia function able to rotate a coordinate system around one of its axes.
For example: having a triad, if you can create another system of reference from the rotation around one of its axes.
Thanks in advance!

Vincent's Lua Edu package includes some coordinate system transform functions. Maybe they'll help.
