New height for Mars clouds

I changed the Mars atmosphere setting.Put the CloudHeight to 80 and the Height to 200 and I have a strange issue.Some of the clouds are aligned,near the terminator.See below:

Hi danielj,

When you say "Height =200" I assume this height refers to the "atmosphere", I tried your values no visible change in the cloud formation. With a fixed cloud map how would this change anything in any case
