Any ideas why this is happening.
it seems to occur with large cloud textures.
As the cloud texture rotates the non affected part shrinks untill its all stripy, then when its all stripy it goes back normal but beging again.

Re: cloud texture problem
If you want to have moving cloud textures, they must be a power of two on a side and they must fit into your graphics card's texture buffer.
If you want to use larger textures or VTs, then you must specify
CloudSpeed 0
in the SSC Atmosphere definition.
If you violate these requirements, then the symptoms are as you see.

Re: cloud texture problem
Yes you are correct, thank you.
Lousy graphics card, ill replace my current laptop for a new one (gamening designed one) by september (you all convinced me) but im not sure if i should get a pc instead (well they are cheaper by comparison for the same performamnce).
Im sorry too for asking too many questions and may seem to be "leeching", but hopefully in the future i can be helpfull too.

Don't feel bad. All I ever do is ask questions around here, that's how you learn.zhar2 wrote:
