100,000 posts: when?
Just noticed that there are 99537 posts in the forum. Any bets on when the Celestia forum will reach 100,000 articles? My money (not really) is on March 30th.

In this type of sweepstake it's traditional to offer a prize for the closest guess. So what's the prize Chris?

Re: 100,000 posts: when?
Well, we've passed 100,000 posts now.
And no, not an "April Fools" joke.
Gosh I despise April 1.

Oops . . . too late for a prize other than fame and glory .
Anyhow, it looks like the winner is Reiko: April 3 4:15am UTC = April 2 9:15 pm Pacific Daylight Time, which is where shatters.net is.

Who was it that actually posted the 100,000th post?
It wasn't Reiko was it?
A spate of posts by Reiko just before April 3 4:15am UTC would be very suspicious.

Re: 100,000 posts: when?
Congratulations Reiko! =)
Not to attempt to defame Reiko, but I'm somewhat confused. When I looked and saw 100,000 posts, it was April 1 where I was. How was it that the forum time was April 3?

For the record, I've examined your posting history and found no evidence of "post stuffing"... so you're in the clear.
I noticed that as well. Perhaps Chris was playing a little April Fools trick on us all.Hungry4info wrote:Not to attempt to defame Reiko, but I'm somewhat confused. When I looked and saw 100,000 posts, it was April 1 where I was. How was it that the forum time was April 3?
