I have read all of the basic manuals on celx and I know there are ways to set up very complex rotations and movements with celx, but I am trying something very simple and do not want to over complicate it. (Mostly because I am very simple...)
First off, I do not want to use the goto command. I have set up/modified a script that starts off outside the solar system, selects a planet, moves in on the planet quickly and as the distance between the observer and planet shrinks the speed falls off, very nice and all... What I want to do is, while the speed is dropping off, turn the observer at an angle in the xz plane so as to pass by the planet while slowing.
Any help appreciated.
