Hello to everybody. I m a new fun of Celestia and i want to know if its possible to translate the scripts of Tours. So i want to know :the *.celx files are in C++? And are they compiled files? or i can open them in C++ and translate the text?

you can simply open and edit this files with a text-editor (like "NotePad" or a similar editor).
