Script to mark all stars with known exoplanets

With Martin's contribution, I wrote a celx script that marks and labels all stars with known exoplanets.

The zip file actually includes two versions of the script:
- Mark_stars_with_exoplanets_1.celx: Use Ctrl+1 to cycle through star labeling modes
- Mark_stars_with_exoplanets_2.celx: Launch the script several times to cycle through star labeling modes
