Let me just add --perhaps to the surprise of some-- that Daniel and I have a rather longterm PM relation, of which some of my totally uninformed criticizers have surely no idea.
Our relation is a bit strange but certainly not bad I would dare to say. I understand Daniels worries... they come from his guts and are straight. Something I like. So I usually take his worries very seriously. Long constructive PM exchanges tend to develop frequently, quite unlike what some might anticipate
