I was reading about a legislative international bill being secretly negotiated upon, the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, on Wikipedia, at somewhere in there it states that sites like SourceForge would be affected.

So I'm wondering how Celestia might be affected in the event that it passes?
