This is a strange answer. Before that I thought that only numbers divisible by 7 were strange.
Waiting for a valid definition of what is a strange number I have a few ideas about
4199385==========
First of all it is strange to se
4199385 and not another number. If we consider all the numbers, the probability to get this particular number is zero.
Rilett33 took out of his hat a number that virtually doesn't even exist.
So I suspect him to cheat.
This is the real story:
In the Andromeda galaxy, there are exactly
4199385 planets where ants are the main form of life.
On the
4199385th planet there are exactly
4199385 cities of ants and in each of them
4199385 ants are living since
4199385 years.
4199385 is really strange because it is the only number that Andromeda's ants know although they cannot count.
4199385, Rilett33, is also the maximum number of seconds you may survive if you keep on with questionable jokes like this.
And now, back to the game!Rilett33, I thing you are bluffing when you say
4199385.
The actual number is probably MUCH lower.
But even if it's true, my own number is
4199386.
Thus I win.
Too bad for you.
==========
As the winner, it's my turn to propose a number.
This time, the challenge is: find yourself my strange number.
We have a dice (rather a marble) with an infinity of faces numbered from 0 to 1.
0 is possible and 1 is not.
For each game, we launch the dice until the sum of each throw is greater or equal to 1. And we note the number of throws wich is the value of the game.
for example:
lauch #1: I get 0.15 (always < 1)
lauch #2: I get 0.60 sum is 0.75<1 thus I continue
lauch #3: I get 0.40 sum is 1.15>1 game over
the value of this game is 3
My mysterious number is the MEAN value of a game. And for me the result is rather strange.
