I am searching for a CMS that is not only easy to mod and customize, but also simple to understand and contribute in developing ..
A friend recommended Drupal : It is a very active project at the moment, but it is also more recent than others like mambo and joomla.
If you have an idea about a CMS ( a PHP one offcourse) I would be grateful if you posted it here !
