Has Google Earth stolen some of Celestias thunder?

Hi everyone,
I noticed I wasn't looking at Celestia so much lately, I think it's because I'm an Earth orientated Celestia user. I like collecting the Earth textures and putting in models like the Golden Gate Bridge, and high definition tiles of various places, but it all seems a bit redundant when you can do much similar online with Google, more in many respects, without filling up your hard-drive.
Anyone else found this to be the case?
Maybe this is a good thing for Celestia, it being an astronomy program, perhaps the focus should be on out there rather than down here.
Celestia-still the best for intergalactic traveling!
regards Ziggy
