Does anybody know about this site? It seems to use the exact same web design this one does. Or does Solaris provide php's for any site that wants them?

(I'm not really sure, So I'm just asking).

In viewing the source (right-click then "View Source") for both this site and the one you've posted, I'm inclined to think they've borrowed the code. In particular, I notice the lack of this in their source...
