In the book "Star Trek Star Charts: The Complete Atlas of Star Trek", it is shown just where is all of these worlds seen in series and movies are. But one thing the book lacked is a decent index, which is vital in order to find certain planets, and could save hours of map searching for planets that aren't there. And now here's a complete index of stars that are mentioned in the book:

So here's a little addendum to "Trek Fighter"'s original post. After going through it and checking with my own notes I was a little confused by some of the posts' original data. Most of it is right, but I couldn't figure out why 25 of the fictional stars were included in with the rest, or why those particular 25 were chosen. There were some repeats in the mix, several from the book that were left out, and still more stars listed which I couldn't even find in the book, but meh, c'est la vie. It's still pretty cool, here's my two cents. Enjoy!
