Yes, that's why I haven't made a comment until now. Unfortunately, when there is more than one of these "attention addicts" gathered together, they can waste enough space talking to
each other that it becomes a problem for the rest of us. You then see the problem inherent with the "multiple personality" disorder of Mr. Collective, where he can give
himself attention.
In this case an entire thread was created for the sole purpose of being off topic and I just couldn't take it anymore. We had a similar problem with another young member of the boards a while back. After being confronted, their behavior improved. I'm hoping against hope that this will be the case with the new additions to the community. As I said, I'm against elitism. I just want there to be some sense of order.
