Glad you liked. :) I was raised on classical, it was my first love (so to speak) before discovering Rock & Roll.

I have to post one more for you, hope you don't mind. While Bach isn't my favorite composer (Mozart is), I just couldn't pass this one up... I heard it on my classical radio station today, and I thought you'd appreciate it. The guy playing this does a very nice job (in my opinion).

Please keep posting more. I am hungry for music. I love this you posted. :)

I found this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSJMUk9zb8A
For the first 32 seconds I do not like the sound but after that it gets beautiful.

It's neither mainstream, nor popular, but I suppose I should make the offer. Winterborn is a song that is very resonant with me, and it makes me cry sometimes, as the lyrics I find powerful, deep, and poetic.

The album version:

A slower, calmer acoustic version:

Of course, no hard feelings if you dislike the music, we all have our preferences.
Current Setup:
Windows 7 64 bit. Celestia 1.6.0.
AMD Athlon Processor, 1.6 Ghz, 3 Gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

Thank you! I really liked the acoustic one. It seemed to flow. :)

Reiko,

Here is another "audio stimulation" for our pretty blue crocus ;-) by a favorite jazz lady of mine (Canadian Diana Krall, 44 years old, TWO Grammys, got married to Elvis Costello in Elton John's house and sung with Ray Charles (2004)...)

Try it, click it:

or that tune which is VERY well known (watch the face of the man at the bass!)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVCgf6_M7i4

and finally, TEMPTATION...

How 'bout Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole?

He's a good singer. Sad that he passed away in '97. RIP.

Those were great. I loved the piano in the first one but the second song was more fun. It seemed more positive. I did not understand the lyrics in any of them because I still have trouble understanding spoken languages. However that does not mean I cannot appreciate the sound of a musical voice. :)

I don't know if you can open this site, but if so, do check it out... you can search for just about any artist you please. The 'radio' feature plays music of your selected artist along with songs from others of the same genre.

A a few people here might be sad that Jacko has died, so here's some music to make you laugh (especially for the Star Wars fans)

The story of Star Wars sung by a Weird Yank (set to the music of Don Maclean's "American Pie"):

compare with the original:
