Hi Fridger, yes, you are right about the quality. It's not the best quality, but it's good enough, and please remember that this is just the begining...

They are talking about full hdtv which I would very much welcome as soon as I get back to sweden and a real broadband connection. But the good thing about joost is that it runs on very low bandwith.

It??s a very interesting concept, but regrettably, it does not allow me to cache a program and watch it offline. I habitually record what i want to watch to my laptop and watch when i have time... Not always within the reach of a network connection. So, it won??t be too useful...

I guess i??m spoiled by EyeTV. I honestly can??t remember the last time i actually turned the TV set in our home on. I have tried to get rid of it for years, but my girlfriend won??t let me...

I find VDC to be a similar concept. No fancy browser and seems to have less choppyness... I especially like it for NASA TV (although there doesn't seem to be a picture as I write this :?. Limited selection unless you pay though...
