Question about earth...
I've read somewhere on the net that if Earth was orbiting in the same orbit as Mars does today, it would still be warmer than Mars, unforntunaly it did'nt say how much warmer . How warm or cold would Earth be at that distance .
I'm not crazy, just ask my camel Steve!.
I've also read somewhere that Earth is a little bit past the snow line, and it's the greenhouse effect that keeps it as warm as it is. If Earth was further away from the sun, the greenhouse wouldn't be enough and we would fall back to Snowball Earth.
