Star Generator Problems

I downloaded star generator 2.0 from this website:

There's one problem though, the website that hosts the qtinf70.dll file no longer exists.

Does anyone have a copy of it? I need it to generate systems for a campaign setting I'm working on for GURPS Lite. (not to worried about accuracy right now, I could always do that later)

It looks like the Delphi7 web forum may have a copy of something called qtinf70.dll

The GURPS I'm talking about is an acronym for "Generic Universal RolePlaying System". GURPS Lite is a free version which contains only the core rules for the system. (when I get the money I'm getting the full set of basic rules, and a few supplements.)

Aha! I had never guessed. Did you assume that everyone here knows what that acronym means? Perhaps among the GURPS developers, some know German
