Atmospheric loss
As some of us know by now, earth used to have a really thick atmosphere, and since has gotten thinner. As far as I figure, the thicker atmosphere prevented the theoretical snowball earth events using greenhouse effect for most of earth's history. My question is, will earth continue to lose atmosphere thickness over time and perhaps cause another snowball earth (in conjunction with continental arrangement), and then stay that way until the sun dies?
