Stella object catalogue?

Just curious whether NASA, the ESA or any other entity provides a publically accessible list of stella objects?

I don't know what you mean by "list of stellar objects."

There are many online catalogs of stars and other astronomical objects.

See, for example,
Guide Star Catalog
http://www-gsss.stsci.edu/gsc/GSChome.htm

SIMBAD: Query by identifier, coordinates or reference code
http://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/sim-fid.pll

VizieR Astronomical Catalog Service (home site in France)

What I meant is a catalogue of stars, planets, nebulae, etc

I'll take a look at the links given.
