JIMO was cancelled.Now what?

Now that the Jupiter Ice Moon Orbiter had been cancelled,did anyone propose any probe to the galilean moons?The NASA probe??s program is really going down.It is the war budget that have to been cut!

Actually, I think NASA is under a lot of pressure (including financial) to find a replacement for the Space Shuttle. There will probably be even more cuts in other proposed projects. One of the other cuts (I think - not sure) was a project for some type of atomic fueling system to replace the current chemical fuels used.

Well,the New Horizons can??t be cancelled!If the launch is postponed to after 2006,the atmosphere of Pluto will freeze.The money NASA can be get cutting THE ARMY??S BUDGET,in an useless Iraq war...

Why is the war still being fought anyway? We took down Saddam, Irag is no longer communist (right?) so what's the point in continueing to occupy?
