Solar systems in dwarf galaxies?

Is it likely that solar systems similar to our own have formed in dwarf galaxies or is the metallicity too low?

Out of interest, what is the typical metallicity in different types of galaxy, relative to our own?

If they can occur in globular clusters, then they would be plausible for them to occur in dwarf galaxies:
