I think that journalists are ''abusing'' the term earth-like,
the only thing we have is just a sheet of paper with a bunch of lines, we don't know the atmosphere composition (which is pretty important, if not essential for determining the habitability of a planet/moon).
It's still pretty fascinating to know that we have a planet that is very close to us
