From 43 observations 2012 Nov. 29-Dec. 2, mean residual 0".61. The
solution presented here is based on the assumption that this is a
return of D/1827 M1 (Pons-Gambart), with two missed returns. The
1827 observations are known to be extremely noisy and this orbit
represents seven normal places to ~ 0.5 deg.
